Zemirah is available for a variety of events including birthday parties, corporate events, fundraisers/charity events, bridal/wedding showers, and bachelorette parties (sorry, no bachelor parties or other events with an all-male audience).
She has different show and pricing options available to meet your needs. Starting prices are listed below, but rates may vary depending on location, travel distance, how far in advance you book, time of day, and number of dancers.
Zemirah will work with you to customize the performance. You may request particular songs, styles of music, props, etc. In addition to more traditional Middle Eastern belly dance music, Zemirah has performed to music by Frank Sinatra, The Who, The Beetles, Jefferson Airplane, The Mama and the Papas, and many blues artists (just to name a few) - all at clients' requests. Don't be afraid to talk to her about personalizing a show to meet your specific needs.
Zemirah’s goal is to provide you an entertaining show and a good time. Her style is suitable for all ages and types – she has danced in restaurants and nightclubs, for retirement communities, in private homes, and at events with small children in the audience. Mini Show (aka Bellygram) - Prices start at $175 for a 10-15 minute mini-show danced to 3-4 songs. This option is perfect for informal parties of all kinds. It’s a great way to get the party started or as a highlight to the event.
Full Show - Prices start at $225 for a 20-25 minute performance danced to 5-6 songs that typically includes a prop, zills, drum solo, and a finale. Mini Show and Lesson - Prices start at $300 for a 10-15 minute mini-show followed by a 45 minute introductory level belly dance lesson. Zemirah will teach basic belly dance moves including hip circles, shimmies, and chest isolations as well as proper dance posture. This option is a popular activity at wedding showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, and in female college dorms. Add-Ons: - Additional show at same event (within an hour of first show)
